During my bachelor’s studies in nutrition science, I realized I was interested more in subjects related to genetics, microbiology and biochemistry, compared to those regarding human physiology, anatomy and dietetics. Now I am happy and proud to hold the title of a university master engineer of molecular biotechnology, as well as the university bachelor of nutrition.

What ridiculous thing has someone tricked you into doing or believing?

About which topics could you talk for hours?
Delving into the intricacies of coffee brewing and the enlightening verses of the Bible—both offer a daily dose of awakening for the mind and soul.
