Background
I began my studies in Greece at the department of Biological Applications and Technology. Throughout my thesis and a five-month internship at the TRANSBIOMAT group of Complutense University of Madrid, I focused on enzyme kinetics and polymer science. This was followed by pursuing my masters in Biotechnology at Aalborg University in Denmark, where I conducted my thesis at Novozymes, exploring the development of a protein stability screening technology.

 Hobbies/interest
I like spending time with my friends and watch movies. I also enjoy dancing as well as acting in the theater.

What is the most useless talent you have?
I can keep my breath and stay long time under the water.

Where is the worst smelling place you have been?
My city in Greece, the summer, when the sanitation workers were on strike.

What ridiculous thing has someone tricked you into doing or believing?
I lost a bet with my friends and I had to drink a glass filled with soya sauce.

About which topics could you talk for hours?
Movies and theatre plays.
