Background
I have completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the field of Biotechnology at the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. I experienced an Erasmus+ traineeship at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology at Graz University of Technology in Austria, where I worked on the establishment of methodology for the production and biochemical characterization of recombinantly expressed borneol-type dehydrogenases created through ancestral sequence reconstruction.

Hobbies/interest
Hiking, skiing, cooking, dancing, playing beach volleyball and going to the theatre.

What is the most useless talent you have?
I can cite my favorite movie backward. Talent? No. Useless? Definitely.

Where is the worst smelling place you have been?
Overcrowded underground in London on an extremely hot day during summer.

What ridiculous thing has someone tricked you into doing or believing?
Have several of those, the first that comes to my mind is when I was little (3 years old). I believed my aunt that monsters who eat children for dinner exist. Believed that till I started in elementary school.

Mountains, Formula 1, cats & dogs.
